2024 Highlights

Nature is so vibrant, even in the depths of winter.

She always brings me into a state of presence and simultaneously, blows my mind to smithereens.

I often go forest-bathing or hiking alone to daydream or with clients and friends to build vision. I like to joke about eyegasms and naturegasms, because it's so easy to keep walking and talking without really noticing the beauty that surrounds us and I like to make people stop and take notice. 

Today I walked alone in the whispers of a dragon's breath fog that rolled in so quickly it engulfed me. For a moment I couldn't see my feet and floated away morphing into a wild banshee, lost in a fairytale forest of rusty dried leaves falling like snowflakes from near-naked oaks. I took off my shoes to feel the velvety cool moss beneath my feet and landed back on the ground again.

This time of year is always magical with the twinkly lights at every turn and nostalgic carols on the radio repeat. It's also a chaotic jumble of gatherings and emotions entangled with a mad dash to the finish line of loose threads to be tied from Christmas to the New Year. It's the time to go inward, to hibernate and reflect on the lessons learnt. From the highs and lows to the good and bad gifts received throughout the year.

2024 highlights:

"Cacaoistas" getting into great film festivals and winning some awards.

Joining the "Women of Cacao" summit with a screening and Q&A

Signing with Hay House/Balboa Press for "The Little Light Book"

Landing magazine covers and features in Disrupt, Vents, Wall Street Times and NY Weekly.

Hosting Sage & Strong full moon gatherings, growing connection to purpose, heart and community.

Trip to California for conscious creative catch ups and seed-planting in L.A

Staying with yoga masters Ganga White and Tracey Rich in meditation and silence at their sanctuary, after celebrating with extended family at a Rhinestone Rodeo.

"TLC: The Light Conversations Podcast" coming back for series 3 "Gems & Keys", with more inspiring and activating experts in wellbeing and creativity.

For all the highlights, opportunities, connections and more, I am extremely grateful.

There has been pain, darkness and confusion this year too. 

I have struggled with how to bring the shadows into the light. 

I am working on becoming more authentic, stronger, curious and humble.

Forever learning.
